We can ship anywhere within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Our packing materials and methods allow for 3-days of transit in warmer months and 4-days of transit in cooler months. Our larger-sized coolers can hold up to 40-pounds and although we don't have a minimum shipping weight, it is more economical to ship 20 pounds. Packaging and Arrival
Each cooler contains 5-pounds of dry ice, a polybag liner, packing paper, and sealed with water-activated tape to ensure the contents remain cold and secure. If your package arrives and some of the contents are not frozen, do not panic. Although our packaging allows for 3-days of transit, some thawing may happen; this is not a problem or uncommon. If your food arrives cold or cool to touch, it is safe, and you should place the items in your freezer immediately. If your package arrives and your items are warm or damaged, please do not hesitate to Contact Us. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf and begin an investigation to ship a replacement order – UPS does not allow perishable goods to be shipped
Although we recommend placing the order directly into your freezer upon arrival, you do not need to be home to receive your order. As long as you plan to be home within a few hours of delivery, your order will be safe.
Selecting UPS at Checkout
Once on the checkout page, please enter your shipping address – UPS will not deliver to a P.O Box; please make sure you enter a valid shipping address – and click next to select a shipping method. Here you will see two options – curb side pick up, Saint Louis delivery and UPS, select UPS Shipping. We do offer discounted rates with UPS however ordering 35 to 40 pounds offers the best shipping rate.

We do our best at getting orders out as fast as possible. Our turnaround time is one business day to fulfill an order. Saturday and Sunday, the order will ship the following Monday. Please see the following shipping schedule for each Zone:

Wednesday: Zones 1, and weather permitting Zone 2
Unfortunately, shipping delays happen. In most cases, your order will be safe if the delay is one day. If your order has a 4-day transit time or is delayed greater than one day, do not hesitate to Contact Us. We will open an investigation with UPS and keep you updated on the status of your order. Please keep in mind that we have to allow UPS to perform the full transport process before starting an investigation.
