Our Meats/Sources
As pet owners we only want the best for our furry four-legged friends. This is why we only use the best. Our meats are never:
- denatured 3D (dying, diseased or down) or 4D (dead) meat,
- have any charcoal added,
- pasteurized either by heat or HPP (High-Pressure Pasteurization),
- preservatives, fillers, grains, premixes or anything synthetic added,
and are always the highest quality of meats, bones and organs sourced from USDA inspected farms, slaughters and processors.
AAFCO
Our products do not follow the AAFCO guidelines for a “complete and balanced” diet. We strongly believe in keeping all of our products as close to how nature intended without the use of artificial ingredients, supplements, minerals or vitamins–If you can’t pronounce it, it should not be an ingredient!! Instead, we only use grade-A quality whole fruits and veggies, organs, bones, and meat to make our blends as close to how nature intended. After all, isn’t this why we feed raw? To mimic their species appropriate diet.

Our supplier relationships are a significant component of our food safety programs. We only source ingredients inspected and approved by the USDA for human consumption and vigorously vet our suppliers through our Supplier Approval Program. All suppliers must adhere to strict Certified Humane Animal Welfare guidelines and are SQF certified.
Beef: USDA Grade A
Chicken: Antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free.
Duck: Raised under a strict Duck Stewardship Program.
Goat and Lamb: New Zealand grass-fed and pasture raised.
Pork: Antibiotic-free.
Rabbit: Domestic-raised rabbits only.
Seafood: Wild-caught and undergoes Individual Quick Freezing (IQF).
Turkey: Fed an all-vegetarian diet, antibiotic, and hormone-free.
Fruits and Vegetables: Grown domestically
