Ordering: 

Q. Do You Ship?

A. Yes, we use UPS and FedEx as our shippers. FedEx is only used later in the week as this affords us to have Saturday deliveries. We recommend ordering 40 pounds of product because we get the best deal on 40 pounds. Keep in mind, ALL shipping costs will be transferred to the customer.

Q. How Do I Edit My Order? 

A. Please Contact Us with all edits to an order. Please do NOT enter a new order online as this will create confusion with your order.

Q. Do You Have Local Pickup? 

A. Yes!  Our local customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse at 136 Glaser Road, Sullivan Missouri.  We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM for pick ups and Saturday 9 - 1 for pickups.  IMPORTANT:  You must schedule your pick up at least 24 hours ahead of time Contact Us

Q. Do You Have Delivery? Currently Saint Louis Delivery Only.

A. Yes!  We deliver to Saint Louis on Tuesday Evenings - We will email you your pick up time after order is place. Pick up is at I-44 and Lindbergh in Lowes parking lot. IMPORTANT:  You must have order placed by Monday at 5:00 pm. Questions - Contact Us

Q. Can I Refreeze The Meat After It Has Thawed Out? 

A. Yes. You can place thawed products back in your freezer to refreeze and save for a later date. However, we do not recommend thawing and refreezing the product frequently. If you thawed too much and need to reserve the excess it is safe to refreeze thawed meat.

Q. I Received My Product And Some Of The Rolls Are Slightly Thawed. Is It Still Safe To Feed? 

A. Yes. If you receive a roll(s) that are thawed, you can still feed the thawed product(s). All products are kept in a temperature controlled environment.
